To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - SANTA ROSA HOUSING SERIES REPORT 6 BACKGROUND: In early 2016, the Council embarked on a six-part housing series, parallel with the creation of a Housing Action Plan, to address how Santa Rosa can increase production, achieving a goal of “housing for all.” Report 6 addresses housing as economic development and presents a prioritized housing work plan and a proposal for an affordable Housing Incentives Pilot Program to utilize $3 million of previously allocated funds to incentivize affordable housing in the city. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Housing and Community Services and Planning and Economic Development Departments that the Council, by motion: 1) accept the Housing Action Plan update report; and 2) authorize the prioritized implementation work plan. It is further recommended that the Council, by resolution, adopt the Affordable Housing Incentives Pilot Program.
