RESOLUTION - PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION APPLICATION
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Housing and Community Services that the Council, by resolution: 1) approve the submittal of a grant application to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program for an entitlement grant of $694,325 annually generated from California Senate Bill 2, for up to five years; 2) approve a Standard Agreement; and 3) authorize the Director of the Housing and Community Services Department to execute the necessary Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program documents and Standard Agreement for the program to be administered by the Housing Authority.
