RESOLUTION - CITY AGREEMENTS FOR HOMELESS SERVICES - HOMELESS OUTREACH SERVICES TEAM PROGRAM AND FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Housing and Community Services Department that the Council, by two (2) resolutions, approve the following: 1) a First Amendment to Grant Agreement for Homeless Outreach Services Team Program with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, in the amount of $534,000, providing funding for a Housing First Fund (landlord incentives, risk mitigation, tenant assistance), bringing the total amount under the agreement to $1,000,450 for Fiscal Year 2018/2019; and, 2) a First Amendment to Grant Agreement for Public Service Providers Program Funds with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa CFDA#14.218 (Family Support Center), in the amount of $100,000, providing funding for alignment with Housing First, bringing the total amount under the agreement to $196,460 for Fiscal Year 2018/2019.
