To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

REPORT - COMMUNITY FEEDBACK TO COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD ON CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 28174
BACKGROUND: To fulfill Resolution No. 28174, the Community Advisory Board (CAB) held a series of meetings in September and October 2016 to obtain community feedback on the City’s Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). This report will present the findings along with recommendations to improve the CIP community input process in the future.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Manager’s Office and the Office of Community Engagement that the Council, by motion, accept the report from the Community Advisory Board on its outreach process for community input on the Capital Improvement Project budget and approve recommendations for future community engagement around the CIP budget priorities.
