To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

REPORT - REPLACEMENT OF FIRE STATION 5 AT NEWGATE COURT AND FURTHER EVALUATION OF LOCATION FOR RECONSTRUCTION
BACKGROUND: Due to the destruction of Fire Station 5 on Newgate Court, the Fire Department desires to restore emergency services to the Fountaingrove area with a permanent and suitable fire station. As part of the fire station rebuild process, staff would like to assure the future station best serves the Fountaingrove area for decades to come. A newly constructed fire station should be constructed to last 50-80 years.
The Newgate Court Fire Station 5 was built by design and location based on the 2002 Standards of Coverage and Deployment Plan. An opportunity now exists to evaluate all options to best locate an improved fire station to serve the area.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Fire Department that the Council, by motion, approve Fire Department staff to evaluate and recommend a fire station location and design for service delivery to the Fountaingrove area.
