RESOLUTION - RELINQUISHMENT OF PORTIONS OF 3RD STREET AND COLLEGE AVENUE TO CALTRANS - REVISED DOCUMENTS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Transportation and Public Works that Council, by resolution, adopt a resolution to correct previously adopted RES-2019-120 which accepts relinquished portions of 3rd Street and College Avenue from Caltrans associated with the US Highway 101 Widening Project, waives the “Intention to Relinquish” requirement, and authorizes the City Manager or their designee to execute required documents.
